The Beauty Routine App (beautyroutine.app) is a free web application that helps users structure and track their daily skincare and beauty routine.
The app is free to use. It is funded – if at all – through affiliate recommendations (e.g. Amazon partner links on the "Cozy Picks" page and in blog articles). There is no contractual relationship between the user and the operator; use takes place without registration or any purchase obligation.
If you experience skin problems, irritation, allergies or intolerances, please consult a doctor or a pharmacy. Stop using a product immediately if you notice any skin reactions.

The app is in principle suitable for all age groups. For optional cookie services (e.g. statistics / reach measurement after consent), a minimum age of 16 applies, in accordance with Art. 8 GDPR (DSGVO) and § 4 of the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).
Users under the age of 16 should select only “Necessary only” in the cookie banner.
No advertisements are currently displayed in this app. No advertising service (such as Google AdSense) is active at the moment.
If advertising is used in the future, ads will be marked as such, clearly separated from the app content, and loaded only after your explicit cookie consent. The privacy policy will be updated beforehand accordingly.
Current status: affiliate links are active. The website contains links to products on Amazon for which the operator receives a commission under the Amazon affiliate program (partner tag beautyrout067-21). This does not cost you anything extra.
The app can be installed on your device as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and also works offline. For this purpose, app files are stored in the local browser cache via a service worker.

Clearing the cache: You can remove the service worker cache at any time via the browser settings → clear website data.
The operator strives to ensure continuous availability of the app, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance work or technical failures may temporarily restrict availability.
The operator reserves the right to change, expand or discontinue the app at any time. Material changes to these Terms of Use will be announced by a notice within the app. As no user registration takes place, individual email notification is not possible.
All content of the Beauty Routine App (texts, graphics, code, design) is subject to Austrian copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz, UrhG). Use is permitted exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The limitation of liability applies within the legally permissible scope (Austrian Civil Code ABGB §1295 et seq., PHG). It does not affect claims in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the use of this app is, to the extent legally permissible, Ternitz, Lower Austria, Austria.
Consumers may also bring claims at their statutory place of jurisdiction (§ 14 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act, KSchG).
